The AL Priority can jam the DragonEye Compact
Since the Digital Ally Laser Ally (DragonEye LIDAR) was first introduced many of the members of RALETC have been instrumental in obtaining many versions directly from law enforcement organizations or members of law enforcement that we would lend or sell to the various laser jammer manufacturers. At this time we know that all of the laser jammer manufacturers have multiple versions of the DALA as well as at least one DragonEye Compact.
Since 2010 when we started first providing these LIDARs to Cliff at Laser Interceptor, we have pleaded with him to update the LI firmware to jam each and every one of these LIDARs. Although Cliff, released a firmware back in 2011 that jammed one version of the DALA, it didn’t jam the at that time the most current version. Even with Laser Interceptor’s best efforts their firmware only jam the DALA about 70-80% of the time. You would be JTG for a few runs and then on the next run you could get an instant punch through. Cliff although he had access to newer firmware versions of the DALA refused to release new LI firmwares until the Blinder HP905 was released and in ECCTG the Blinder outperformed the LI against the DALA.
AntiLaser has been more than willing to borrow and sometimes just get recordings of the DALA and DragonEye Compact in developing new AL Priority firmwares to protect its customers from the DALA. Everyone who discussed the DragonEye Compact on the forums and in emails especially those who work for various laser jammer companies stated that the Compact could not be jammed. Here is video of the Antilaser Priority proving them wrong. The Antilaser firmware* being used is a Beta firmware that I am told will be released to the public in about two weeks.
* – This firmware is now publicly available and jams all known versions of the Dragon guns.
